The hotel room without breakfast did have a lingering smell of cold cigarette smoke and seemed darker than expected, possibly smaller than portrayed on the website. The service, however, was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff, including Nick Zhao. The location was convenient, surrounded by luxurious shopping malls and restaurants. The dining experience offered a good selection of international cuisine, but pricing was on the higher side. Overall, a mixed experience with room issues but excellent service and a great location.
